An experienced mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience as a Mechanical / Piping Engineer in oil, gas, bitumin and petrochemical plants in all aspects of Engineering, Design, construction, installation and inspection of mechanical equipment and piping and commissioning. He is self-starter, quick learner and self-motivated and able to work effectively, independently, team-oriented and able to work under pressure.

- Assists for piping systems and propose modifications based best engineering practices and codes recommendation to ensure a safety design and a reliable plant performance.
- Develop Static and Dynamic piping stress analysis and define efficiently the piping layout and piping supports in order to provide enough flexibility to the piping system. Provide guidance to piping designers to develop efficiently the required documentation
- Developed full pipe stress analysis, pipe support design and structural loads calculations
- Reviewed isometric drawings and provided recommendations when required.
- Utilized WRC 107/927 in vessel test report analysis.
- Extensive experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of plants.
- Material estimation and manpower estimation for mechanical construction projects.
- Working on team for preparation of P&IDs.
- Highly proficient in layout modelling, using modelling tools (Piping and Equipment module), Navis and Review Reality.
- Preparing information for other disciplines including structural single line diagrams, ladder platforms and nozzle orientation.
- Working knowledge of piping standards such as ASME and ANSI.
- Extensive experience in preparing master document lists in basic and detail phase of projects and piping related documents and specifications such as instructions, technical guides, as built data collection, Tie-in data collection, line list preparation and onshore site survey
- Experienced in training personnel and providing procedure and technical support.
