We won this project in a concept design competition.
A 9 Story steel structure 5 star hotel located at the Mashhad city in Iran including basement as parking, mechanical & electrical  room and industrial kitchen ground floor as reception, resturant, coffee shop, shops and children’s playing room and upper floor as residential rooms, suites and apartments.

Some more other spaces outside main building as conference hall, amphitheater and open sport pitch.

The scope was concept design, basic desing, site supevision, QC/QA, internal design, material selection and construction contract management for all departments including architecture, structure, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil and safety.
